Parking:  Accessible parking spaces are provided. 

How many total parking spaces are in the congregational parking lot?

Help: The number of total parking spaces determines the need for the number of accessible parking spaces. 

• ____ 25 or less  [0001]  [02PA0102]  At least 1 Van-accessible space is provided.
• ____ 26-50  [0050] [02PA0103]  At least 1 Van-accessible space and 1 Car-accessible space are provided.
• ____ 51-75  [0075] [02PA0104] At least 1 Van-accessible space and 2 Car-accessible space are provided.
• ____ 76-100  [0100] [02PA0105] At least 1 Van-accessible space and 3 Car-accessible spaces are provided.
• ____ 101-150  [0150] [02PA0106] At least 1 Van-accessible space and 4 Car-accessible spaces are provided.
• ____ 151-200  [0200] [02PA0107] At least 1 Van-accessible space and 5 Car-accessible spaces are provided.

Van Accessible parking spaces meet all of these criteria.

____ [02102] Parking spaces are marked with an upright sign with the universal accessibility symbol clearly visible even when a vehicle is parked in the space. A sign reading "Van Accessible" is alongside the universal accessibility sign.  
____ [02103] Accessible parking spaces are at least 8 feet wide.
____ [02104] A smooth level aisle 8 feet wide is marked beside each parking space for wheelchair accessibility.  (Two spaces may share an aisle.)
____ [02106] A path at least 3 feet wide leads from the parking space aisle to an accessible entrance.  Path is level or at a grade of no more than 1:12 (for 1 in. of rise, 12 in. of length). 

Car Accessible parking spaces meet all of these criteria.
